Hi, I’m Shy Kingi. I am the founder and director of Base Management. With over 10 years of industry experience, my primary focus is helping everyday people realise their extraordinary dreams. I established the agency with the prime focus of creating a safe, supportive and motivating space for our talent and personalised boutique management experience for our clients. Backed by a team of motivated individuals, we aim to build lasting relationships and strong trust with our clients and we are committed to creating even more opportunities for our talent in the future.
